You'll make an impact by:
- Managing new business within the Account Management Book of Business assigned to you.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
- Managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities
- Understanding an account’s needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs
- Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
- Using SalesForce.com, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo for lead management and sales forecasting
- Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
You will achieve your best if you have:
- 2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- French language (Native), English (Fluent), and additional language is a plus
You will stand out with:
- Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
- Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
- Experience with solution selling
- Outbound sales calling experience
- Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads
- Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom
