As an Content Specialist focused on Employer Branding content, you play a crucial role in strengthening our employer brand. You are responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance Wrike's reputation as an employer globally. To successfully do this you're aligned with our values and are passionate about telling employee stories and showing future employees of Wrike what its like to work for a leading productivity management company where people are dedicated towards doing the best work of their lives along side like minded people.
 
In this role you'll not only focus on external audiences but internal as well, helping to promote our employee resources groups, internal promotion programs using a wide variety of digital formates including social media, video, infographics, community groups etc.
 
How You’ll make an impact
  • Crafting Authentic Content: Translate our values and people into compelling content that genuinely resonates with our target audience using a variety of channels including but not limited to social media, video, infographic, blogs etc
  • Collaborate closely and engage with Wrikers, capturing their stories and experiences to showcase life at Wrike and create an irresistible appeal to attract like minded people who are aligned with our values.
  • Maintain a consistent and inclusive brand voice that aligns with our brand persona.
  • Engage with internal leaders and employees, empowering them to generate captivating content through our content writing program.
  • Content Calendar Management: Take ownership of our Employer Branding content calendar, ensuring smooth coordination from creation to publication.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Support with meetup events in our Prague and Cyprus office, coordination and launching of the event, supported by the TA team on the day of the meetup.
  • Community management: SalesSuccess group, continue supporting the Wrike SalesSuccess Group on LinkedIn and Slack.
  • Data Tracking: Dive deep into the numbers, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of the content you produce and using this insight to drive continuous improvement and engagement.
  • Manage our online presence, overseeing platforms like LinkedIn, our career page, and social media channels.
  • Quarterly planning: Work closely with our recruitment team and internal stakeholders to align our employer branding strategy, ensuring we attract the right talent and continue to engage our Wrike employees.
You will achieve your best if you have
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably focused on employer branding.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling and targeted employer brand marketing messages (copywriting for social media, blogs, etc.).
  • Outstanding content creation and social media skills across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in data analyses to optimize content and social media performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively brief and collaborate with creative teams, and work with external providers (video, content editing).
  • Independent work style with the ability to reprioritize and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience managing community groups
  • Experience working with a productivity management tool (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com etc)
  • Experience creating and coordination of meetups
  • Experience refreshing content writing rewards programs
