We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our teams at Topsort. Great opportunity to experience early-stage startup life that’s scaling quickly. What you will do at Topsort

  • Retention and Growth: Maximize your key accounts retention and growth targets
  • Maintain Key Client Relationships: Acting as the Topsort key contact and subject matter expert for customers, helping drive product adoption and expansion or upselling opportunities and run regular business reviews. Onsite visits and Traveling can be a key part of this role as well.
  • Be Helpful: discover customer pain points effectively and answer customer questions in a timely and effective manner, working together with Solutions Engineers and Sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Become a retail media expert and run product trainings for key stakeholders across customers who are trying to build an awesome ad business in the cookieless world leveraging Topsort’s ad infrastructure.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of account management, or sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, marketplaces, media or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance and Engineering, MBA Preferred.
  • Know how to navigate enterprises and stakeholder relationships while getting complex plans and goals done, cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
  • Creativity and not afraid to get it done. This is a fast moving startup so we expect you to wear multiple hats from time to time, and be flexible to get the goal across the line.
  • A focus on building strategic relationships with customers.
