We are seeking a motivated Sales Lead, LATAM to join our teams at Topsort. Great opportunity to experience early-stage startup life that’s scaling quickly. What you will do at Topsort

  • Lead go to market in Spanish-Speaking Latin America Own the P&L for Spanish Speaking Latin America (incl. Mexico, Colombia, Peru etc..)
  • Be a player coach At Topsort, we believe in lead by example, managers don't sit by the sidelines but push deals and go out there to sell as well. Lead by example - are you comfortable being hands on and also a leader / manager?
  • Hunter and Persistency We are an emerging leader in the LATAM market - we need a sales leader to drive this dominance in the space to the finish line.
  • Industry Expert Do you know the retail media space very well? Do you know advertising and retailers and have your own opinion of how the space might evolve in the next few years? How do retailers like Walmart and Meli compete in the region?

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, proven track record to exceed quota and lead A-teams
  • Knowledge of the market - experience in knowing the space and ability to help Topsort expand market presence and open doors
  • Ambitious, Action-Oriented Sales person and Leader that's able to thrive under pressure, thrive with challenges, and bring creative solutions
  • Grit: Persistence and grit make for great sales
  • Product Understanding: B.A. or B.S., MBA or Entrepreneur preferred. You speak the product language, give A-grade product demos, and become the key contact for customers to learn about Topsort
