As our full-time 2nd Shift Team Leader for our Irving Print Facility, you’ll be assigned to lead our second shift, which runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am CT. We’re looking for the right individual to lead our team with virtual and in-person interviews starting immediately.

In a Typical Day, You’d:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the second shift team.
- Operate equipment.
- Supervisor daily operations and production.
- Supervise and implement quality control processes and effectively report any issues.
- Ensure the development and implementation of best practices.
To Land This Gig, You Need To:
- Have a proven track record of maintaining deadlines.
- Possess excellent time-management skills.
- Be a strong problem solver.
- Work well within a team.
- Have great communication skills.
