Job Description

We are seeking a talented mid-level User Experience Manager who will be responsible for managing information architecture, UX optimization and dynamic user journeys across all of Delphic’s user interfaces including web sites, mobile applications and digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities will cover the entire design production lifecycle, but will heavily focus on business requirements, information architecture, user journey flows and user interface.  The ideal candidate has a mix of business analysis, information architecture, digital marketing and user experience skills.

Responsibilities

  • Experience creating standard user experience deliverables:
  • Translate insights gleaned from user research and client input into IA deliverables including wireframes, process flows, sketches, interaction specifications, etc.

  • Personas

  • Use Cases

  • Concept models

  • Interactive prototypes

  • Experience with user-centered design patterns and methodologies

  • Conduct end-user research, prototype testing, and usability testing

  • An eye for design in general; and understand key principles of information design

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various team members and customers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as an User Experience Architect, information architect, interaction designer or similar role working with dynamic high-traffic websites

  • Work related portfolio with relevant examples of detailed specification documents, process flows, wireframes and/or interactive prototypes.

  • 3-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in the technology and/or creative space

  • Proactive, intellectually curious attitude

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Library Science, Information

  • Strong proficiency with MS Visio and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Capable front end coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery)Systems, or equivalent work experience required
