Role Title: Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

This Business Analyst will be part of the Microsoft 365 Data Lifecycle & Records Management Program and will be responsible for activities that support current and future work efforts. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team. Individuals in this role will partner with internal application teams to track deliverables and generate reporting to support the deployment of Microsoft 365 Data Lifecycle & Records Management

This Business Analyst is expected to:

  • Gather and catalogue functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on M365 Products viz SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, OneDrive, Exchange & Teams and integrating with other M365 workload such as Power Apps, Power Automate within the business/technical domain to support project deliverables.
  • Work closely with the SIT, UAT to prepare test cases.
  • Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft or Partner engineering team during the Implementation Phase
  • Drive the weekly Working Group Committee and provide updates on the status of Project.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyse, and improve processes and solutions. 
  • Good presentation skills, ability to present designs and whiteboard ideas.
  • Self-starter, able to self-manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others.
  • Basic Understanding of Records Management Concept will be an added advantage.
