We are looking for a dynamic and practical SET Consultant with

  1. Well versed with RFP/RFI processes and is able to assimilate solutions.
  2. Excellent in working on business presentations and is adept in business writing.
  3. Has an exposure to business operations/CRM/Sales pipeline processes.
  4. Should be able to articulate Capco India differentiating credentials, processes such as cross-skilling, L&D, Resourcing etc
  5. Proactive in taking initiatives and develop new credentials and capabilities of the organization.
  6. Good communication and comprehension skills to interact with top leadership routinely.
  7. Understands or has great interest in global banking/IT business landscape and the how the two converge together.
  8. Team leading experience
