2K is headquartered in Novato, California and is a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO). This role will be based in Novato or Los Angeles. 

 

What We Do

We are seeking a skilled and  experienced Digital Asset Manager(DAM) Administrator to join 2K’s in-house global Creative Studio team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing DAM systems, with expertise in Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe-operated products.. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management, organization, and storage of digital assets to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration across departments.

 

What You'll Do

  • Workfront Integration: Leverage expertise in Workfront to integrate DAM processes seamlessly with project management workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Workfront in conjunction with DAM for streamlined project execution and management. Understand how a content supply chain works to help integrate MarTech solutions to streamline processes and deliver content.
  • Digital Asset Management: Administer and maintain a digital asset management system to ensure a robust digital experience platform. Implement and optimize for asset creation, approval, and publication using DAM. Manage asset migration from different external asset repositories to a centralized digital asset management solution.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Monitor the lifecycle and ROI of digital assets, from creation to archiving. Identify outdated or redundant assets for removal or archival, freeing up space and ensuring the library remains current.
  • Metadata Management: Manage DAM taxonomy to create and implement metadata structures and standards to enhance asset discoverability, ensuring consistent metadata tagging for effective asset retrieval; including bulk add metadata and bulk export metadata.
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline asset management workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and integration with other tools and systems. 
  • System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT support or vendors to ensure system reliability, scalability, and backups
  • Asset Security and Permissions: Implement and enforce system access controls and permissions to safeguard 2K’s digital assets, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users regarding the digital asset management system, best practices, and guidelines. Gather and log feedback from DAM viewers for continued improvements and optimizations.
  • System Optimization: Regularly evaluate and optimize DAM system performance for speed, reliability and scalability. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements of solutions to implement new features and improvements.

 

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong experience and knowledge as a DAM or System Administrator with a focus on digital asset management systems, metadata standards and taxonomy.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workfront is a must. Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Products, Creative Cloud, and Google Suites.
  • Experience integrating DAM systems with project management tools, particularly Workfront.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards in the context of digital asset management.
